EOHHS Health Care Reform Enrollment, Outreach and Access to Care Grants

Welcome to the website for the EOHHS enrollment and outreach grant program. This online community offers program information and resources about the grant program and the work of EOHHS grant funded organizations conducting grass-roots, health care reform outreach and enrollment across the State.

Through this site, organizations get important information from grant administrators, can learn about each other's effective practices, and connect with fellow grantees.

Lowell Community Health Center Welcomes the Community to an Enrollment Fair to Raise Awareness and Health Insurance Assistance

On March 20th, during Cover the Uninsured Week, the Health Benefits Enrollment Team of Lowell Community Health Center led the way for the center’s third annual “Enrollment Fair.” Cover the Uninsured Week was established in 2002 by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to raise awareness about the need to cover America's uninsured. Click here for more information (PDF) | RTF

GLCACGreater Lawrence Community Action Council Offers Innovative Grass-Roots Outreach and Enrollment

The Greater Lawrence Community Action Council’s (GLCAC) MassHealth Outreach Program is based in a central downtown location, providing easy access.
