Lowell Community Health Center Welcomes the Community to an Enrollment Fair to Raise Awareness and Health Insurance Assistance On March 20th, during Cover the Uninsured Week, the Health Benefits Enrollment Team of Lowell Community Health Center led the way for the center’s third annual “Enrollment Fair.” Cover the Uninsured Week was established in 2002 by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to raise awareness about the need to cover America's uninsured.  Greater Lawrence Community Action Council Offers Innovative Grass-Roots Outreach and Enrollment
The Greater Lawrence Community Action Council’s (GLCAC) MassHealth Outreach Program is based in a central downtown location, providing easy access. The Council offers a range of community programs which offers community members a “one stop” for services including WIC, Head Start, Fuel Assistance, Family Support for Parenting Classes and many more.
